Brilliant reporting... Headline "BMW to invest 2.2Bn"... First line "BMW has invested R2.2bn" So which is it?

This probably almost as much as they would spend tooling up for the new 3 series anyway. They were also unable to increase efficiencies so they had to lay on an extra shift...

As far as I know, this was done to increase production for the new 3 Series... That factory has been spewing them out for the last 6 months allready.
