Bmw service history question

Hi All
First post, any help appreciated, thanks.
I am looking at buying a 2018 f30, not from bmw dealer.
I received the service history and noticed 2 fixes on leaks totalling 12k. Motor plan covered.
It's Full-flow filter body leaking and coolant lines exhaust turbocharger.
This was quite recent. Seems like there is a leak and was not fixed and maybe why they sold it.
Any advice, and I being too risk averse?

If this car is still under maintenance plan, you will need to pay for a transfer of motorplan. As part of that process, a BMW dealer should perform a full check of the car. Depending on where you are, you can get a reputable dealer to perform this check and ask them to comment on the fixes and whether there are any issues
