- Merc 2012 demo (Very good customer service)
- Lexus 2012 demo (Oustanding Customer service, they will even give me a car for two days to test drive)
- Golf R (They where to busy, but will find me a car and discount it)
- Rocco R (They where to busy, but will find me a car and discount it)
- Polo GTi (They where to busy, but will find me a car and discount it)
- Opel OPC (They showed no interest in selling me a car)
- Auris 2012 D4D/TRD
- If BMW 320i/d (I had to ask to speak to the sale person, not much interest shown in the customer or a sale)
- Jag 2011/12

if you only buy from a brand outside of BMW then ima ask nic to kick you of the forum like now now.....:rollsmile:

That attitude sucks...... getting a replacement does not mean you have to destroy the old one which will become the property of somebody else

I never said or implied destroy. You may think donuts, but I simply mean drive it more enthusiastically knowing that you won't be the one to replace the tyres in a year.

For sure dude, go the highest and deal with the highest, dealerships are bad nowadays, they not the same like years back where they actually cared.

dude, you need to stand your ground.

decide what you want to do and stand by that. if you dont want another bmw because you feel they cannot be trusted, tell them to give you your money back and move on to another brand.

if you want another bmw, tell them that you want exactly what you ordered and paid for and nothing less. In the meantime they must provide you with another similarly priced car until they can get you the one you need. (NOT THE DUD)

personally, i would cancel the deal and move on. bmw are not going out of their way to assist you. the fact that you are stressed means they havent addressed your concerns. if you can afford an m135i, you have many many many options open to you.

they must stop doing it on their terms and start doing it on your terms. they are so full of it :thumbs:
