Bmw performance exhaust for n54 135i

Hi guys

As the topic says what gains can be expected ? And does it sound wild when putting foot ? Probably getting it fitted when fetching my car want to keep mp in place

I believe that the performance exhaust is just the rear box, for the n54 I would add the N55 mid pipe as well, it doesn't have cats and keep the MP in tack :thumbs:

If you intend keeping your MP intact, then I would recommend it. But there are many cheaper / more value for money options out there, but they are not MP approved.

I have done loads of research on the BMW PE, pm me I can maybe help out at getting a reduced price. I have just ordered mine for my n55.

The n54 bmw performance exhaust comes with a back box and y pipe that deletes the mid pipe resonator.

the n54 mid pipes has two mid cats and a resonator box, so essentially with doing the bmw PE you will end up having your primary cat, then two mid pipe cats and then a y-pipe and then the back box.

stock exhaust from cat back:

bmw pe exhaust:

With the resonator delete:

n55 mid pipe vs n54 mid pipe:

The way I understand it is that you have the option to install the y-pipe or not.

I have opted to install the y-pipe. thus I will have straigh pipes from cat back into the y pipe into the performance back box:

Are you saying R10800 for only the n55 mid pipe or the BMW pe exhaust?
