Does it suffer a lumpy idle a bit after starting for 10-15 seconds?

I just checked now and battery voltage is at 12.99 volts . Car was parked now for 6 hours not driven nor started . So i do not think it is battery

agree ?

It takes long to start . I would say about 5 seconds or more . during this time its cranking and the needles starts bouncing at 0 trying to come up . say after 5 -8 seconds it eventually starts .

idles seems fine .

power seems fine

no engine lights .

These cars need the Low pump to start ? correct. thats what primes the car and puts fuel to the front . Could it be its losing pressure over time parked ? hence fuel pressure regulator .

is there anyone that had this type of issue before .

a few websites says - fuel pressure sensor . some say fuel pressure regulator/filter kit . some say lpfp .

Bud at that voltage its pretty clear the battery is healthy.
I had exactly this issue when i had my 335i turned out to be HPFP.
The story of LPFP running at low RPM when starting is BS, they both work together, although the lpfp is pumping, the HPFP is the one that does majority of the work, including cold starts, this does not mean to say your issue is the same could be LPFP, my advice, get your self some wynns fuel system cleaner and run that with a tank before throwing money at the car, extremely rare the regulator goes, good luck bud.
