Ok so can I confirm us for the 9th June 9:30am at Maranellos on the Melkbosstrand beach front.
Can everyone also please confirm numbers for their party so that I can confirm seating. Chef Uli says we need to have at least 26 persons to make it viable for him to open. So lets see if we can aim for 30. Guys could you invite some mates with BMWs that haven't seen this post yet.

And guys, if you've put your name on the list, please do attend the event even if it's raining or too cold for you to go outside... It will be unfair on them to specially open up on a Sunday and prepare food for us, and most of us don't pitch.

It happened last weekend... 4 BMW's for our event and Audi club had 16 cars for their run, on a rainy cold day.

Maranellos is Trattoria Maranello in Melkbosstrand on the beachfront. You can't miss it it is on the padestrian crossing halfway down the beachfront road look out for the Ferrari Flag.

I still don't have complete numbers for Chef Uli some people have indicated how many in there car could all of you do this please.


...and as Carbon said it will be unfair not to pitch if you are on the list as Chef Uli is coming in at 7am to prepare breakfast just for us. He normally doesn't open for Breakfasts other than for guys like us.

I have already confirmed with Chef Uli we are coming.

If you have any banners or flags for BMW or the BMW Fanatics bring them with Uli will allow us to put them up. I will inform the local law officials in a friendly way so that they don't get BMW ticket fever either.
