liewe bliksem...
you know, I'll be really honnest, Joseph, when I first read about the idea, I thought "damn man, stupid idea, it takes a KAK load of effort and time to make a magazine, because I've delt with such matters before, but then I thought of how cool it could be, if it was community driven. and then I saw the possible cover ! and I think quite possibly it could become a reallity. So Joseph bro, I think its a kickass idea. Uber, f**en awesome cover bru ! bliksem.
 so Joseph .. Uber .. Guys and Girlies, where do you see this going ? magazines require allot of content, editing, re-editing, spell checking, more spell checking, and even more spell checking, stories, pictures, etc.. adverts.
1. once monthly capetown meets (few pages maybe with pics/stories) 2-4 pages ?
2. once monthly jhb meets (same story) 2-4 pages ?
3. youtube links / pictures from the net (maybe 1 to 3 pages)
4. random forum stories - ?? pages
5. TLGP - this should be an interesting read, if people are good at telling the real stories. I know I have at LEAST 5-10 of these per month.
6. DIY tips like cover suggests, from anyone, like LCD cluster fix, suede trim coverings, trim blackouts.. not stupid stuff like changing a tyre, stuff people will be intrested in and that is cool and usefull. there must be a million things.
7. product adverts, I know we have some sponsors on the forum who will be interested. maybe some others. I can prolly get a couple just from some current clients.
8. PROPER detailing tips/howto's with recomended products.
ok, thats just my suggestion so far... anyone got some more ideas ? .. has to be planned, if you fail to plan, you plan to fail. its that simple.
and if this gets done, I'll try organize with some people to get it printed, but it will be nice if people on the forum would subscribe to the mag... there has to be some kind of monetary return. to help the printing/distribution and obviously the people editing and co-ordinating the mag.
could be good, could suck.
