i think its only fair that i get to say my side of the story , please note that this is in no dissrespect to skiet ( dieter nel ).

guys its was my fault as i miscalculated the figures and it was no fault of skiet and i take full responsibility of what happend.

gents i am human and im not a machine i make mistakes but i do own up to them , i did try and save the deal with skiet but he was beyond 'pissed of' and i can understand his fustration.

to skiet i am sorry about the whole mess up it was my fault from start to finish and i just want to apologise to you in public infront of all the forum memebers that are here.

gents some of you know me personally and you know i will go out of my ways for the forum memebers and i have proved it on more then 1 occassion.

just a run down of what happen , i miscalculated the settlement amount from BMW FINANCE where the shortfall on R14000.00 came in, keep in mind that i gave skiet a 12% discount of the new 335i so i was already making a lost on the deal, i then brought the shortfall down to R9000.00 because i gave him another R5000.00 , but it was my fault that i did not notify him about the difference, also i honor my word in giving him a towbar and smash and grab free of chance which infcat came to R12500.00.

again if i upsetted anyone in anyway i apologise and skiet i hope that you can forgive me and we can still be friends , to all the guys out there that supported me , much appreciated and if your ll ever need anything i will surely do my best to assist your ll

there is 1 thing that i didnt like , is to be called an 'asshole' many of you dont know what happened and the reason for me posting here is to apologise to skiet, and then to be called names isnt fair....but water under the bridge....

Shake hands guys. When there is a mistake always go calmly and with an open mind and try to resolve the error peacfully. Yes if there is no positive reponse and no appoligy then go with the bad name calling ashole fight.

I always try that approach. But somtimes you do get a stuborn guy like one of the work shop foreman at SMG Cape Town 2 years back with my e90. Unfortunately I am forbidden by this website to mention his name again for he know someone who knows someone is what he told me. Till this day I have not taken any of my BMW's back there because of one person. The day he does not work thier anymore I will go back. (I am sorry I just cant trust that guy with my car again :nonono: The reason for this is you may ask? This guy phones me after hours on my personal phone and threatend me. I ask myself. What else is this guy capable of like sabotage my car or even void my motorplan for something simple or planted thier by him).

Just one bad experiance this was with a dealer I wont forget
