I have a Viper set-up on an E60 M5 and while it's awesome when you're being enthusiastic, when you're trying not to wake your neighbours it's a pain in the ass. Loud is not always fun
Rogue Performance would be good... had a full set on my F30 335 and they made it sound awesome - bet they could do a number on the M3's V8 tho.

Car felt a little stronger, with a subtle growl on low rpm and a nice scream when you pushed it.

No, please share your knowledge about DV on E92 M3...
Captain_Stealth said:Reason I suggested it is to my knowledge the oem exhaust is apparently quite good if u decat it and if u looking for the odd time when you want it to growl then you open up the custom diverter valves. That way you have the best of both worlds

In my opinion, S65 is too obnoxious and annoying without a back box(which is essentially what these actuators will do - bypass the rear muffler), not to mention it will be a costly exercise.
Rather get a decent axle back that is tame when cruising and howls when you jump on the loud pedal
