Can anyone please confirm the service life of the BMW spark-plug,
long-life pn 12122158253.

Can this plug be substituted by NGK ILZFR6D11?

Any recommendations or suggestions most appreciated.

I've got a 2005 e90 330i fitted with Bosch spark plug. I change them according to the service interval on the OBC.
