Get anyone you trust to install the DP and just flash the car your self with MHD stage 1. It is very easy and you will be able to log and monitor the car yourself as well.

Will only work if his car is a pre 2012 model as those ecu’s come locked from factory.
Will require a removal and bench flash to unlock the OBD port to allow the flashing

Tried calling a few people without any luck unfortunately...

Am not really looking for more gains, just to bring the engine tone out.

With that said, is software really required? just concerned about the error message that might show. Looking for a reputable person / company in Cape Town who can sort the car out without any hassles.

software is not required on these cars..

You can do the downpipe only, just fit a minicat to prevent any issues with the light coming on .
