Here some pics still busy with wiring almost there.

I somehow don't think the hood is going to close...

No was heart sore but had to go through the bonnet once the paint job and the scoop has been made I will upload more pics.

Well once everything has been done I am looking to make around 800HP on this BMW. With all the groceries I got should make this quite easily.

Can't wait any more car will be done around the end of March will do some vids as well for youtube.

May i ask why the Turbo is sitting so high? was it because of the location of the wastegate?

Could also be a space issue inside the engine bay, looks good its gonna be a little monster

Jip wastegate was going to be issue but the main reason was that the turbo is now more in the middel of the bonnet so view is better and the height could be lower but still fine going to get nice clean fresh air in the compressor side.:rollsmile:

I must say, I dont like non BMW engines in our cars, but these motors are SUPER strong.

Btw, which management do you have to run? A friend of mine is doing the same conversion & he said the management & tuning is very expensive for some reason???

Dicktator 60-2 price for the management not so bad around R4500 for the management system and modules fitment depends on who you use I think that would be around R750 mine I fitted self. And dyno is around R550. So for me it is not to expensive.

Forget the critics....Nice resurrection of your Ti!

Im with you all the way on this one - Im fitting some american muscle into my e30...so if anyone grinds you...ill be the first to say...why not breath new life into a fantastic car...even if it means chucking the bmw lump...either way, great build, and even greater choice in motor.

Aveshans BMW pushed over 700kw atw at a dyno day in durban over the weekend. I could be wrong but it looks like Aveshan could have bought the car from 32J as he's was also built by Full Boost and is the same colour.

In an e46 sump is a major issue, hits direct on the subframe. The 1j and 2j were offered with two types of sumps, one sits in front other on the rear, you can try one of those and might just clear. In my case I fabricated a complete new sump now holds 7lts oil and gave perfect clearance so motors also sits way lower. Try one of the two oem sumps, if not you gonna have to make one up, don't bother trying to cut the standard one up please:thumbdo:

Minaar Racing have built a custom sump for the 2JZ motor which they sell...nice piece of work
