Hi guys I have a BMW e36 316i very clean ..but its automatic I want to change it to manual does any one know at I have to change for the conversion eg do I need to change the diff and also what needs to be changed

You'll run out of revs if you don't change the diff. If you search the forum you should find a couple of auto to manual threads, at least for the E46. That should give you a good indication what needs to be changed.
