Who are these two guys and why are they not on this forum.

My Car made 214bhp and 493 on that same dyno at the Boost Junkies Dyno Day two months ago. So both these guys were packing some serious power cos those figures are At the Wheels NOT flywheel...

Nice, I didnt do too bad with jb4, considering 2 of the 3 cars infront of me were 1M's!

What mods are you running?
JB4 only?

Yeah, jb4 and dci from Burgertuning.

My runs were on map 5, Twinz says it couldve been more if I went map 7!

:argh:

Too me it seems so as 549nm cant be on the wheels..

But hp is wheels, not sure why they did it this way..

Hyperpower Inertia dynos cannot measure torque.
It is a calculated estimate.

They calculate power by measuring the amount of time it takes the car to spin the rollers up from low speed to high speed.

ie If you start at 30 km/h in 3rd, depending on how long it takes to reach 150km/h will determine the power that the car produces.
Obviously it will accelerate at a different rate at low RPM vs at high RPM, so it uses that basis to calculate torque.

Too much to type so I make my life easy and refer to Wikipedia Click Here

See above tagged in red..... what is it? Well if you read the definitions its clearly NOT an estimate but a simple calculation from the following factors: time (to accellerate a mass from speed A to speed B), mass (of the rollers), angular accelleration / angular momentum (of the rollers)

The rest can be read up in the definitions.
Once you established the missing figures (by running the car on the rollers), you can calculate everything from the results received!
