technical BMW A/T E90 323i 2011 not starting

Hi guys. I need help with my E90 323i. I've had it now for about 8 months. There seems to be an intermittent starting problem, where the car has a mind of its own and decides when to start or not. At first it started while parked and rested at home overnight. The next morning, I inserted the key, stepped on the brake and pressed the start/stop button, nothing... whereas the previous day (and months before) it was working fine with no hassles. Everything on the dash lights up as per normal (so not a battery problem), and all other things like the steering wheel unlocking and the gong sounds are normal, but when pressing start it was just quiet (though you could hear a soft blowing sound from the engine as if something's just winding by itself). So I decided to get the starter checked as all my analysis of the situation pointed to it. The starter was taken out, manually tested on it's own, and seemed to work just fine. Installed the starter back into the car, and guess what, car started with no problem. Used the car for a couple of days, and it was operating fine. After about 5 days, same problem occurs again in the morning. I then decide that maybe the starter is on and off, so bought a brand new starter and installed it. Again, the car operates fine, this time for a longer period of time (about 2 months or so). Then one day while out shopping (the car had made a few stops on that day, so it had been started and switched off a couple of times), the problem arises again when trying to start the car. The battery was charged and ok as the car had been busy that day, but the car would not start, even after a couple of attempts. So got it towed to my place and left it for the rest of the day. The next morning, I decide to go try my luck and see if it will start, and guess what, the car starts with no hassles. So now I'm not too sure what the problem could be as I don't know when it will decide to suddenly stop and not start again. It has now been 3 days since then, and it has been starting properly, but I'm afraid to travel with it as I don't know when and where it might decide not to start up again. Any idea what the problem could be. I don't want to be in a situation where I'm far from home and the car decides not to start up again, worse off at night. Please any ideas
