Nothing looks wrong. Thats what they are going for now.
the motorplan is probably expired as well.
Inspect the car for accidents. Check the motorplan history.

ok thanks alot

i checked with BMW no recorded acccidents under motorplan and plan expired last year April

would you say its a good deal?

considering mileage etc only thing is it does not have the paddles

I saw this car and actually wanted to get it....it isn't a bad buy at all considering how many you find with that spec, condition and especially mileage.

Go for it...and btw paddles shouldn't be a deal breaker...in fact a manual 335i is the most fun!

Looks fine from the pics.

The e90 335 did not come in DCT if i recall. Just normal Auto.
2009 even tho its LCI i think it came with the N54 not the N55.

Paddles can be fitted if you really want it

I would say get someone with the proper diagnostic and knowledge of the N54 to check the car out throughly first.

If all checks out, take an aftermarket warranty with Innovation Group, trust me you will need it, the parts aren't cheap on the N54, especially the common big ticket items such as the water pump, injector, hpfp(this should have been changed under MP).

That mileage is alone is a big plus

yes I have heard those common problems occuring so I will see what happens

it is fitted with the old iDrive though?
