BMW 323i 1998 Compuer Box Water

Hi Guys

My car fails to give spark to plug leads and I have coil packs took out my computer box and some of the board got water on it and has white corrosion what is the best course of action as BMW price for the computer box is basically the price of the car. I am going to try using Benzine to wash it as this is how I know people usually clean circuit boards.

i had that exact problem on my 328. all the ground pins had no contact. i ended up replacing the entire dme, and the ews and transponder that went with it.
