Our latest Stage 2 BMW 320i tuning file results in a massive increase in power and torque for the revered sedan.

The standard car before tuning has 135 kW and 270 Nm of torque which is enough to push the 320i to 100 km/h in 7.3 seconds. This particular version has MG1CS003 ECU.

The Stage 1 BMW 320i tuning provides a substantial boost already, but with just a bit more for the Stage 2 the difference becomes truly massive, as the power rises well over any comparable model, even including the BMW 328i and 330i, which are versions tuned by the manufacturer.

Hardware changes for the Stage 2 BMW 320i tuning include just a simple removal of the catalyst, while the exhaust remains stock. This makes the massive increase in power and torque far more cost efficient. No new intake and exhaust parts need to be bought, which makes this Stage 2 tuning cheaper than many other.

The boost after our tuning rises to 1.6 bar at the max and it is able to hold at respectable 1.4 bar across the RPM range.

This boost is accompanied by an adjustment in fuel delivery to ensure perfect air-fuel ratio. Furthermore, we advanced ignition timing in order to ensure complete combustion and noticeably improve throttle response. This makes the 320i after our treatment both more powerful and more responsive.

The result of our BMW 320i tuning is 210 kW and 435 Nm. Acceleration to 100 km/h dropped to just 5.8 seconds which makes it significantly faster than the stock car.

If you are looking for even more, you can contact us for Stage 3 tuning which includes far more elaborate hardware changes that result in sports car performance. If you would like to see what we can do for other cars, browse our extensive tuning database.

A bit off topic, but I'm curious..have you perhaps managed to achieve similar improvements on the Mercedes 135kw 2.0T (i.e. w204 c200)?

Question, the 320i runs a higher compression than the 328i and 330i. Is it sustainable running the boost that high? Also the cooling on the 320i is not the same as the 328i and 330i. How does it hold up to increased heat with with increased boost?

I'm really keen to see how the 328i and 330i respond to a tune seeing the 320i is so impressive.
