Dont rush to find something, take your time and shop around. You will find that prices vary wildly from one BMW dealership to another. Also, you can consider asking a non-BMW dealership to send the car for a full AA check which they must pay for, if they say to you it has not been redone, cut and welded, pranged, then they shouldnt mind having that corroborated. IF they do, then that should raise doubts.

When it comes to buying cars, never trust anyone, they want to sell a car, and they know you want to buy. Dont get caught with a lemon.

Shop, shop and then shop some more.

its all cool by the pool bud.

I havent had any bad experiences with SA Warranties. If your services are up to date and the car is serviced and maintained by a RMI approved centre or the manufacturer dealership (who are also generally RMI Approved) then you will have no problems with them.

its fine that they accept that the fender was replaced, but what is going on with the alignment and colour difference. A proper repair centre would have matched the colour properly and aligned the panels correctly.

I thought that Mike Salt was a good shop but after seeing this and reading what theyve said, I wouldnt go there.

Just keep on looking, and i know that youre anxious to get your BMW, but trust me, WAIT, and the right one will come to you.
