BMW 135IS ?

Has anyone heard of a E82 135is ? (Im aware of 135IS in U.K and New Zealand )

let alone a 135i in S.A ?

I so what are the differences between this and a normal 135i ?

I have not heard of a 135is before... However you do get a 335is overseas... Few cosmetic changes ...fog delete... and a remap i believe :thumbs:

There is a 135is from what I've read and can only assume its the same as the 335is.

May be wrong thought as this is info from other forums.

I heard of a 335is, an uprate N54 motor, same engine that you find in the 1M.

I quick Google search shows that a 135is does exist.

We probably never got this spec because of our crappy fuel.

We didn’t get the 135is, BUT we did get the Z4 35is which had the 1M motor.
What a car.

So it would appear the stock oem 135IS does run our crappy fuel and out runs a stock e82 135i and a partly modded e92 335i by a car or 2 length at the coast .
it is also way faster on the top end .

to add . when comparing that to a e82 135i built in Rosslyn , PTA , the built quality is way different . I will make a copy of the build certificate from Germany and post tomorrow .

Slightly upgraded n55 motor...

Mppk + exhaust + different diff + special wheels and badging..

I don't think we got them in sa but i could be wrong..

If we did this will also be special as it was the last of the 135 coupes.. m135i were released about same time.
