I understood quatermile to mean that the "right" battery has to be fitted. The X35 batteries are issued by BMW based on your VIN.

But I have found that the 6 & 7 series batteries as well as some of the Mini batteries work fine on the X35. :thumbs:

So car is running, but it seems only using 3rd gear. I ran diagnostics, here is the fault:

1- CDAD (requirement road wheel torque drive line, BF)

Hi Riaad.

It will only have launch control if it has a dct gearbox. If not then launch the car in second gear from the line with the dsc one step off.

As you new to the forum, it would awesome if you could do an introduction of the car under the showroom section and try to avoid using all Captial letters as it denotes shouting.
