Hey guys, has anyone on this forum bought a new N20 120I yet. We are signing for a new one either today or tomorrow. Would just like to hear some experiences if any?

I've just got one for today as a courtesy car. Very nippy car, good auto gearbox but imho interior quality is a bit poor... feels plasticky.Idrive system is very responsive, much more so than my current drive, a e92 325i. Also it may just be that I've gotten too used to my electric seats but the manual seats are a pain. It's a gorgeous car with the m sport kit.

Eh, yeah i dont know hey. Its for the vrou, so i dont actually car what it is, as long as its good on fuel and reliable. But i think you are right, it must be 1.6L TPT
Mike, its the 1.6 turbo bro. Its quite an impressive little car, its no 335  but it goes well! And there's enough power for when you need it. Will def be a good buy for the wife, go for it!
We have the 118i (pre LCI) and if it's anything to go by the 120i will be an awesome car. It handles like a go cart, very flat around corners at speed, really a nice car. I like our 118i a lot.
Nope. 120i is a rebaged pre LCI 118i and the LCI 118i was the 116i. Guess it goes along with the 330i and 340i F30 LCI naming strategy. 120d is available as a LCI F20. Weirdly it's not as popular as the petrol models. Compared to 320d vs 320i.
