BMS E N55 intake issues

Is anyone else experiencing irratic idling at low revs or when coming to a stop while using the N55 E series bms intake ?

I have been doing some reading on N54tech and it seems to be rather common. With the intake being the culprit... on the f series it can be fixed with jb4 but terry says he doesn't have a proper fix.

I have since taken it off and replaced it with the stock intake. I have jb4 and a charge pipe on the car too with the most recent firmware and dme.

Will report back if the stock intake fixes it for me. Any solutions would be greatly appreciated

I have experienced it, does not really bother me much though as the sound from the intake is awesome.

So the irratic idle is gone and jerking at low revs but so is the sound might have to just put it back...
