The problem is we have a reseller (possibly a mate of Bruce's) here posting in defense of someone with a history of poor business ethics. I never posted all the content of the emails from this guy's friend. My posting as I stated was not about don't support the guy, but this is what happened to me.
I agree that an ethical business register should be created which helps buyers to source products from sellers. Not sure why anyone would call that stupid. (Unless they are mates with Bruce or doing the same thing as Bruce....oh wait.)

Im a little confused about this post .
I have seen his site , some parts state

And some state on the adverts

I would assume that on those adverts that state the brand name , he would get that brand name , and on those that state replacement , well you would get an unbranded or unknown brand copy .
Did you purchase a product that stated the brand name on the description ? or did it state replacement on the description?
Having brand and company logos all over the site mean nothing , it just means they do stock those company's parts , it does not mean your getting parts from those company's .
Unless the advert was misrepresented , and stated he would receive for example a Bosch product , but received some unknown knockoff?
Crookedness of the owner and his issues aside , the site seems pretty normal in the descriptions on what you are buying?

The seller technically did nothing wrong, he is just an unethical bum.
You as the buyer, trusted him and got burnt.
In future, purchase items from reputable sites like Bid or Buy, Ebay etc that have the final say on whether to return your money in full or not.
Even there though, go through all the info carefully before purchasing.
I remember once I was on Wish looking for a backpack, and I found an awesome Alpinestars once advertised for R3.
I clicked on it and had a closer look, only to realize that they were advertising the lock on the backpack for R3 :roflol:

had you asked about euro auto parts on this forum, BEFORE you went ahead and splashed cash, people would've told you to stay away from there.
you know, maybe you should just stay away from buying anything on the internet for a while, i dont think you should trust yourself with that much responsibility.
