Just get some tyre insurance because if those expensive tyres pop and can't be plugged....

TWT offers a decent insurance that cover 2 incidents a year.
BMW innovation offer a more comprehensive insurance, but that is 3x more expensive PM.

I have been wanting to look into some sort of tyre insurance.
I assume you are with TWT, seems its called X-Sure. Have you had to claim yet? If so how is the process?

I see you at least get a free tyre balancing and rotation and wheel alignment after 12 months, claim free. lol
