Babies

Hi guys

Thought to perform this rite of passage and post pics before I get too comfortable here :). They are not too recent but not too old, cars still look the same except for the 316i which I think the cellphone pic could have done better.

316i taken in August last year after a wash. I've had this baby for eight years now and chances of getting rid of it are slim to none. It's part of the family.

325i taken in August this year after a wash(just a coincidence, I have more time in winter). Bought for my wife in May so I can reclaim the 316i. I get to drive it as I'm the person who keeps it clean. Wicked car, wicked sound but not as lithe as the e36.

Shot gents. The 325i is a bit flattered but it is in decent condition. The mags will get some repainting soon as the previous owner wasn't too careful how she parked. Internally, it's in good nick although the light colour shows signs of being a seven year old car around the armrest area. Will need to do something about that in the new year.

316i got new leather all round this year as the driver's seat had worn badly. It now looks rather special. With all the rain we have been getting recently I was dismayed to see condensation inside the R/F headlight. It's not cracked anywhere. I need to do something with the sandblasting on the lights anyway so will try and kill those two birds with one stone when the dollars allow. Got an Inspection I coming up. All in all, I love these cars.

Andrew, if you're talking about the big airport, then it was another one. This one is in Durban :).
