MikeR,

Except you will be able to fit 2 of your Z4's in the space of that thing.

It is almost exactly the same size as an E65 7 series....

Other then that..

Pants... jizzed in = true :)

I must be the only one that thinks it looks like a 3 series. Not a big fan.

Personally I think the F10 looks great in pics but in real life there is just something wrong with, the car seems to.... tall... but that just me, I'll rather take a e39 5'er.

(The size is also something that bothers me, in profile it looks enormous, yet on the inside it is not as roomy as you would expect, the 5GT it miles better in terms of interior)

Sankekur,

I may agree with you...

To mee, its as gorgeous as hell, but there kinda is something "wrong" with it, and I too suspect that it is large. substantially longer then the E60.

I still say the F10 should not be E65 size, if you want that size car, buy an F01. THe E65 is a big car, and I often wish that it was just that tiny bit shorter...

Its MUCH bigger then an E34 though,

(Here follows my opinion, everyone has their)
I am not going to say that BMW should never change what their cars look, but from around the e60 BMW has been changing a part of the look of their cars that signifies the BMW brand almost as much as the kidney grilles and the blue and white roundel. This "part" is the profile/ side view of their cars, as this contributes largely to how the car looks. Now the e60 still a pretty good looking car, it started there but from the e90 onwards I am not really a big fan of what BMWs look like. The main thing that caught my eye is the bumpers and the nose. There was always the step between the nose (where the grilles are) and the bumper, but from the e60 this has changes. It is kinda hard for me to explain the role this plays in the looks of a BMW so here are a couple of pics to show what I mean:

Now look what happens with the e60 onwards

A lot of people have said that the F10 looks pretty much like all 5ers and how 5ers are supposed to look, well looking through these pics I have to say I disagree, the F10 looks like a completely different car. I have not checked but I thinks is is the same for the other models as well.
And that is pretty much why I am not to fond of the looks of the F10 and most new BMW's in general.

Saw a e39 M5 over the weekend, and I can't see what more you would need from a car.

On a lot of the forums, you read about guys that "upgraded" to an E60, only to go back to an E39 after a couple of months, so I will be sticking to that for a while now. I just need to convince gregmeister to part with his style 66's.
