Sorry if this isn't in the right place I'm new and in need of help
I have a 323ci coupe steptronic when in d or sd whilst driving steady there is a loud what I can only describe as a burrring noise coming from sounds like the diff when the box is changing gear mainly up hill but seems to be getting worse
When it happens it feels like the car is pulling back
The confusing thing is in steptronic mode it's fine when I change the gears manually
I have changed the diff oil no change can the diff mounts cause this?? But surley this would happen in steptronic mode as well
Any one any ideas please
Oh forgot I have started to get a creaking noise from the rear end when setting off don't know if this is related
