Nothing new except a set of tyres. The set of Pirellis that came with the car started to crack, the heat here is brutal. Opted for a set of Michelin PS4s SUV tyres. This changed the drive of the Ford completely.

Looking good. I love the Michelin sidewall designs - show off the brand and type without going overboard.

I have to say it seems that the Pirellis are just miles and miles behind the Michelins in every category: PS4/4S and Cup 2...

Another to look out for (though they somehow don't look right to me...) are the Goodyear Eagle F1 Super Sport & Super Sport R.

With travel from SA-UAE being a bit of a process, plus the safety and wellbeing aspect, we decided once again this year to just stick around in the UAE. So that meant staycations! The UAE has 7 Emirates, after completing this road trip, we have basically visited all 7, which was a bucket list item.

Now, driving is my thing as with any car enthusiast rite? So this 800km return trip was well needed and even so, as the roads we ventured out to weren't the usual UAE roads, these roads had turns and bends and lead through towns with amazing scenery.

Roads from Abu Dhabi to Dubai, almost as straight as a pin. The roads from Dubai to Dibba and Fujairah, pure bliss. And while i wished i was with the M3, the comfort of my family was also a priority so the Ford obviously suited the trip.

Broke the tripe down into a few days. Dubai Marina Skyline

Heading through the town of Masafi, had a really good downpour of rain for a couple KM.

Stopped for a Spanish Latte

Fujairah Fort

Snoopy Island

Resting at the hotel

Couple snaps on a mountain pass, next to the sea.

Might want to follow me on IG for more, @arbee_drives

Forgot about this thread... Of the 3 cars, this one is racking up the KM faster, which means its cleaning out the budget for fuel - With the cost of fuel increasing rapidly, even in UAE its becoming almost the same as SA, no lie! Considering letting this go for a Tiguan :)

Here's a pic!
