Thats correct, its the tail end of Observatory Golf Course. I stay about 2km from there.

Got the lamps and HID kit from S&I Accessories. Added a layer of Laminx to it, also from S&I.

Thanks guys... enjoying the car very much now.

I couldn't do anymore of this:

So these gents came through this morning to raise the driveway. Paving removed and packed then Paving layed again. Also fattening out the pavement slightly.

Hopefully no more planks will be broken and I can just drive into the driveway.

Left it to settle overnight. Hopefully no more scraping...

Many thanks to Hubblyking (Delano) for graciously giving me a spare Hockenheim R wheel. Now I have a set of 5. Unfortunately, the Hockenheim wheels will be coming off the car in the next few days. My new wheels have arrived, just waiting for tyres.

I've also got another wheel option which I'm considering. So the incoming new set will probably be sold to make way for the other new wheel

Thanks guys... I am really enjoying the car. For an old car, it does still turn heads. Getting stopped pretty often now by people asking if I'm selling... I've been saying yes with an amount of R55 000 negotiable as is. With whatever wheels wheels are on the car.

So last week I was looking for a steering wheel, with some major changes in my life coming up I did not want to spend too much or go through a lot of modifications to make a steering for a newer model fit so i decided to take on an offer from Gizmo. He had a E36 steering wheel, exactly the same as mine just in much better condition. Off I went and Gizmo installed it, I gave it a good clean once I got home.

While I was at Gizmo he fitted new bonnet and boot badges as the ones on the car were peeling. Also scored an oem tow hook for E36, I had an E90 one all along.

The car went to my mechanics for an oil change last week as well. It's driving so much better now as well.

After renovating the driveway so the car can easily drive in, it still touches. Not as bad as before, guess I'm going to have to live with it now.

After a good clean, fitted the Charity event stickers.

Impromptu meet up with Divio yesterday and I took a couple pics. Divio did take some with his awesome camera, can't wait for those...

The hocks have been swapped for AC Shnitzer Type 3 reps, Fuzz and his brothers are soon to be the owners of the Hocks. We should do the transaction in the coming week as I'm waiting for my tyres to be delivered to (buying from family has its downfalls).

Once I fit these wheels, depending on how they look and if I like them, I might keep or sell (already have a buyer lined up). Gizmo has a beautiful set of wheels that I feel are a lot more fitting for my car. Have made an offer and it's been accepted, I'm just pondering a little more. Hope Gizmo doesn't sell it to someone else.
