When is the cone filter being fitted?

no man, this baby is fast enough for me :biglol:

Cone filters are for big boys, not everybody can handle that kinda mulepower. Not even a BMW driver

:biglol::biglol::biglol:

I actually did a bit of research on cone filters a while back and i noticed that there is a lot of debate as to whether they actually add value... some people think they only add a lot of noise and do not necessarily enhance power, others claim they provide better fuel consumption, while some people went as far as claiming that they actually have adverse impact on the power of the vehicle. Personally i was advised not to put bigger rims on the 1.4 because the car will become a bit sluggish, but I don't have first hand experience of all these claims... :dunno:

I am paying for both my cars still, and it does not bother me at all.
Given one car is for me, and one for the wife, we are however working at the same company, so only using one at a time. Some people might reason I can put the one installment into my house. Yes the Hyundai does Monday to Friday, the Dodge weekends, holidays and longer trips only, but so long it does not hurt my pocket its fine be me, at least when she wants to go somewhere and I want to go somewhere else, we don't have to argue about it. And I bought the Accent for her, so if it gets sold it wont be my call.

Also in my case Sab, another car was a must... My wife and i shared one car for a very long time. It was not a problem in the past because we did not have kids, but it became apparent of late that sharing one car was becoming impossible with two kids...

Put 15inch mags.

That is the plan, but I need to go through the current set of tires and keep the rims, therefore if I am not happy with 15s, i will put my old rims back in the car :biglol:

Whats the Insurance cost on the Golf? Someone I met a while back was looking for a good clean low mileage one for some time for his business , untill he got a little more information on the potential cost of its insurance , If i remember correctly , one insurance company or broker blatantly said that they would not even insure the car .

I never asked him what it would cost to insure , but he said it was almost as much as the repayment on the car.. I know my brothers polo cost more then my Dads new sonata to insure .

Whats the insurance cost , im very curious?

I did a bit of shopping and got quoted ridiculous amounts by various companies. One company quoted me R850 and also insisted I install a tracker. In the end I took outsurance's offer of R500/month, Prime Meridian's offer was also not bad at around 500 bucks, however it only covers total loss!
