Update to this.
Ended up going with
General Grabber At3
235/55/r19
Full set with road force balancing and 4 wheel alignment cost R15K
To my surprise, these tires are significantly lighter than the Pirellis I had(held both at the same time)
They are also much quieter. My run flats were loud as hell on anything other than perfect tar.
The ride is much smoother, slightly less sharp in corners but not really noticeable.
No noticeable difference in acceleration.
Fuel consumption pretty much unchanged(maybe 0.1l/100km more)
Overall very happy.
One step closer to my own X3 rugged, lol.
