Airmass to low error code on N55

Hi guys,

I have an N55 motor with JB4 all else stock. currently using map 5.

This morning on the way to work, needed to overtake a truck in the wrong lane so accelerated with a smile on my face as my N55 bolted past.

My heart sank immediately when the engine lit up and 'the Hulk' was put into limp mode. I carried on to work where I pulled my laptop out to check the codes on the JB. I found these 3:

1. 2C90 Blow of valve mechanics - Ignore tuner code (this one comes up quite often and just clear).
2. 2775 Airmass to low - possible boost leak.
3. 2C57 Reduced power mode/ Boost disabled.

I immediately thought charge pipe as I still have the OEM, but all seemed intack (both sides).

Any idea what this could be?
Is this mass airflow sensor related?

I had the same, struggled to find the fault anywhere.

I finally replaced Boost Pressure Sensor, all was good after.

After looking around the engine bay, I noticed the air pipe (from airbox) loose. I tightened, that probably explained the air mass issue.

I then got a clicking sound from the engine near the ECU (not fuse box). The car was hesitant and jumped in an out of limp mode with a check light bright orange.

I decided to pull out the JB to test, and everything worked well. Was tempted to throw the JB in the bin.

I updated the software yesterday as per Terry's (from Burger Motorsport)recommendations and the car just did not feel the same.

Anybody had a similar issue?
