AIrbag and ASC/ABS lights faulty

Hello everybody, i have a problem Just bought a BMW 525i e39: 2000 year model. Problem one is that Airbag light comes on when i start the car and remains on all the time. Second problem is that the ASC/ ABS lights come on and remain on the whole time. whats the cause and the possible resoluion
