PS: and ive looked at some youtube clips with nice exhaust sounds for 320d....some only with new muffler what do u recommend?

do you have angel eyes currently on your e90 ?
if yes speak to Mohammed@AutoX-cessorize on the forum he stocks the color changing bulbs last time i saw cant seem to find the tread now
if you dont have angels from factory then unfortunately you cant just DIY angel rings like the e46 you will need to buy new headlights with angels

You should hear what karsh330d's sounded like with a 335i spilt setup exhaust, or go have a listen to rayzers 330d same setup and you will change your mind

Flame do a downpipe only at first and take it from there

Violet electronics will be able to assist you with the Angel eyes.

As far as the exhaust goes, do a DPF delete first with software to compliment (provided you're out of motorplan) and go from there

Actually you can have angel eyes made for the e90 headlight, I had angel eyes made up for my headlights and they're awesome, but in Cape Town though. Here's a pic

Downpipe is a bigger size pipe out the turbo into the exhaust. It removes the standard cats. This will change the tone of the car and is healthier for the turbo as well

Your standard exhaust will still be on the car, it’s basically new from the turbo till about half way under the car

BMW markets a new back-box under the 'M Performance Parts' for 320d, available from local dealer. It is not cheap, but quality is good and as approved accessory probably your best choice.

I sepose the remap must be done same time? Downpipe cant be done before remap?

Ive read this on a fb post:

ECU remap is required, to turn off the DPF cleaning cycle and to balance the air-fuel ratio.
