I have just bought a 325ci,obviously a second hand car a lot will need attention.The performance is not up to scratch at all I barely reach 120 km per hour.It was from a so called mechanic but eish it leaves much to be desired.I need assistance and contacts for a number of spare parts and interior and exterior looks.

What do you recommend?

How about a more detailed explanation of how the car is currently performing?

It's always good to get your codes read as it will give you a better indication of what you need to do to sort the car out.

Welcome to the family, your car should do 120 in reverse, so something is REALLY not good. We'll need all the info you can give, so get your codes read first. Then tune up your eyes, ears and nose, listen, look and smell for anything that doesn't seem right. (don't laugh, you can tell all sorts of things with your nose.) I am assuming this is an E46? If it's barely reaching 120KM/h this is also suggesting maybe an auto box that is in limp mode??

boss you will need to have it diagnosed,try this guy Jameson 0721331339.he is based in lenasia ext 10 total garage.He is an ex dealer machanic, very good with bmw and he is very reasonable with prices.you buy the parts, he will charge you labour.He charges R350 for diagnostics.

for parts:
google Target spares,electron scrap yard(talk to oom Gert),Auto fever & MD house(they are expensive)
