Advise on possible damage

Okay, so mostly of you know about the landscape hitting my car with a landscape machine on William Nicol, besides the visible cosmetic damage, the wheel camber seems a lot more negative than before and the car seems lower on that particular corner.

What can be possibly causing this? Could it be that it is just the bad alignment from the hit but then the suspension would not just drop automatically,...or would it?

Why don't you upload a pic and then maybe we can start looking at what could be?

It sounds like a suspension if one side is lower then the other, have you ever turned you steering wheel full left and full right and looked at the bonnet while doing this? You will notice the car dip on the one side and then on the other. FYI actually this

Load a pic and then we can look at it, but it does sound either like a bend in one of the wishbone arms (connectors) or maybe a shock that got hurt during that accident.

Its most likely just lower control arms, they are made out of ally, and are actually designed to snap on non natural impact, so they bend extremely easily.

If you want to be absolutely positively sure, book your car in at any ARC center, and ask for a Car-O-Liner report, and submit that to your insurance company, I am sure they will pay, along with the actual damage as well.

Shock unlikely. but possible.

If you suspect damage, dont take it to wheel alignment, they may mask the problem, but you may be sitting with extensive damage (8k) that you never know of, until you start eating the inside of your tyre for no apparent reason.

My dad had somebody hit his back wheel on his X5, had the rim fixed, and alignment done, turned out not so well.
