The fender was cut and welded.
I'm so annoyed I'm not a patient person. My car suppose to be done this morning. Been calling the panelbeater the whole day. He is in alberton doing something.
I just want to pick my car and drive it. Wash it. Clean it.
I'm obsessed with my car. I know it. I really feel sick not having my car.
Hopefully will be seeing it in the next hour.

:argh: I hate these back door panelbeaters. I paid R4500 and got a R4500 job.
While I will admit the panelbeating job done is 90% good. His spraying is absolute crap. He never blended the colour. :bangdesk:
But its fine. I intended to spray the whole car soon. So will save up for that.
I just don't understand how people can call themselves panelbeaters and do such a crap job.
Its not terrible just should of blended it nicely.
But so glad to have my car back. Gave it a small wash since it is dark. Wiped all the interior. Will wash it properlly tomorrow.
I feel so happy its parked in thé garage now.
I have some parts for sale if anyone wants. Window. Corner glass. Beadings. Handle. Locking device. Inside cushion thing. The winder winder motor.
Considered keeping it in case I need it later. Will see.
Going to put my fanatics stickers tomorrow.

Hey Clifton, glad you didn't do any black painting. +1 on what Dieselfan said. Resale should always be considered, one never knows what lies in the future.
Also there are many types of wrap. Not just CF. If you want to go even easier you can plasti dip parts of the car, just to change it up and when you're bored peel it off.
Sorry to hear about those bastards messing up your car, don't bother with a full respray just try fixing what's been done. In due time, just enjoy the car for now

True. I had to change the window harness. Cause the door I bought it seems they cut the speaker wire. So put the harness from the old door.
Fixed the front door tweeter. Seems was a wire loose.
Stripped the bumper again to put the fog light properlly.
Gave it a good polish and shine and all looks good now.
Cleaned all the rubbers as the idiot sprayed the rubbers. Lol.
The car looks really nice now. Few minor noticable issues but very minor.
I put my fanatics stickers. It is such an eye catcher. Everyone says it picks the cars value. I really love the stickers on my car.
Next I want to wrap the centre consol. Where the back ashtray is. It is faded a bit. Seems like an easy job. Just need to find a nice wrap. Hopefully leather material.
U guys must see the car now. Looks really nice.
By end of december it will have angle eye headlights.

they wrapped my TI in matte black stripes and so on, anyways they can do matte, gloss, pink, black, purple or red what ever you want. and their work is great...
