Advice on insurance claim

Hi Guys

Need some input. My car has been damaged in an accident, requiring two new doors, side skirt, mirror etc.
The thing is, I have had paint correction and ceramic coating work done on the car, is this something I can claim for as well? Still under MP so will be repaired at an approved repair centre.

Paint correction should not be an issue if the panelshop knows their stuff.

The Ceramic coating no, because its not a specified item.

Who is the inusrer

Depends, did you specify it as an extra in your cover?
If yes, then you covered, if no then oviuuus

Unison

Generally, what is not on the cover policy is not covered.

Mmm. Would the panel shop be able to get the rest of the car to look exactly like the new parts though? The car is tanzanite blue so quite a tricky color

Boet, given the correct shop that takes care of it...they will sort it out.
