E46 330d's are fantastic cars. With that low mileage I wouldn't worry too much about doing a manual conversion just yet. Unless you are going to do Promotec right away then it's better safe then sorry. I Find my E46 330d manual more economical than my E90 330d manual. Even if just by a smidge.
