Advice Needed On E46 M3

Bud i was in the same position as you, decided to get the M and now i will never look back.

i use mine daily (even thou mine is short period like 3 weeks only) and its a fun drive to anywhere i am going...

Also learning about the maintenance around the cars and for the prices quoted above i say well worth it.

Honestly cars are made to be driven. Rather drive 100kms a day than 5 kms a day. I dailyd my M6 110km a day for over a year, no extra maintenance costs except for the oil service that came more frequently.

I bet you had your radio off 80-90% of the time haha. The sound that V10 makes is great.

I've daily'd different E46 M3's and my commute is 111kms daily. The M3 returns respectable fuel consumption even when I have fun on the way to work and back.

If you can find a decent one then maintenance won't hurt you. Brakes last an extremely long time on them as they are so well engineered. Only when you track them do they start costing a lot.

Your life will be more complete owning the car you really want :thumbs:
