Hey gents I finally got the door open it was so easy for me.here a the steps
Remove the door panel
Peel back the foam gently
Remove the pin that shows your door is locked an unlocked
Just behind that lever is another one
Take a flat screw driver
Lever it all the way up and your door will be open
If the steps are unclear in any way or you don't understand feel free to give me a call 083 355 2485

I took the acuator apart an seeing one gear broke a piece off so I phoned around and got a new one just for R750 it's on its way to me

Hi, Sorry for the late reply. I'm glad you came right!

Finally took my car in to the repair shop (Forsdicks Tygervalley). After 4 hours I get a call, saying they couldn't fix the problem because they couldn't get the door open and that I'll need a new lock (which is kinda what I told them I suspected in the first place but whatever).

They reckoned I need to leave the car with them for a day and a half, so they can break the lock out to get the door open. No thanks, I'll make another plan.

Back to square one....4 doors are a luxury in any case, I really only need 3 lol

Hi guys
How all you BMW heads doing?
I travelled the weekend pasted, there was a bit of a dirt road in between. To my sorrows my trailer control box unit broke. Does anyone know we're I can find a second hand one please? I have contacted a few dealers but with no luck
