A slight (read epic) fail by BMW dealership

Years ago I had a client whos car was stolen from the wash bay, The dealership fully re imbursed him tho

Im assuming the vehicle is insured however there is law that the disclaimer should be explained to a client. They cannot expect the reasonable man to understand the details on their or that it is even on there.

After all they did damage the vehicle even if you did give consent.

Reminds me of a story from a couple of years back.

Guy takes in his RS4 for a service. Mechanic decides to go for a joy ride, and wrecks it.

I just don't know what I would do in either of these situations..
