Will hopefully slide under the car tomorrow after work and get my hands dirty bit. That is if I am not too lazy of course :)

I think I mentioned somewhere before that there was a small leak in the clutch. After getting under the car it looked like it came from the small piece of rubber hose that connects the two pieces of aluminium pipe from the master and slave cylinder. So friday afternoon after work I get under the car and remove the piece of hose

And it does indeed seem to be the culprit

So Saturday I drive a bit to find a replacement, finely got one made at Part-man for the price of R140, it seems like a decent enough price. Just out of interest sake the dealer price for the piece of hose is R1230.
The replacement hose:

And fitted:

And here are some vids of the car, a gentle pull away, a drive past and the exhaust sound:

(Just let me know if the videos are not right as I can't see embedded video because I am browsing using a prox site since telkom seem to be blocking fanatics in some way shape or form)

Yup it is a nice place to live. The car is not yet ready to go for roadworthy, the large part of missing front end should be a dead give-away :p

But it just makes me feel better that the car is mobile again. I will of course need to inspect the work later on just to make sure that all the connections are proper and not leaking.

So small update, the front bumper is now fitted again:

And don't worry about the missing high-beam, we did not install some kind of weird induction, I just need to pay a visit to my friend uber to sort that along with the fogs out.

And we adjusted the xenons so that the cut-offs are now orientated the right way
