I will now proceed to post what we found in this car.
As a footnote please let me assure you that the car is running Sir Greek cams as already divulged by Andy.
This is the first car we have had with such severe vanos issues and I for one am totally surprised that it was not throwing all the vanos codes that it should have.
This is a series of pics on the vanos inlet bore which was scored with hardened oil residue and seal material.
The oil pump disc which shows clear signs of the tabs indenting the holes.
Pistons fitted with new seals.
Look at the earlier pic to see the difference in fitment of seal around the piston.

Ready for valve clearances.
We did a custom shim for this car as it is known to rev freely so we wanted to enhance the "revability"
Rattle kit was not required we did however check the cam gear bolts to ensure that they would not come loose.
All were found to be tight.
Work completed with new holes drilled on the oil pump disc new seals on vanos and cam clearances done.
The silver thingy that goes on top of the engine to keep the oil in.

Almost ready to go back to its owner.
