Z3 M COUPE S50B32 ENGINE WORK ETC-for sale on completion

This car belongs to a friend of mine who is also my neighbour.

The car is in to get the rocking seats fixed as well as vanos work which in this case will entail solenoids as 2 are shot.
Also clearances on the valves and a few other bits and bobs.

On completion the car will be offered for sale as the new owner just cannot fit in it.
I am surprised he was able to drive it as far as his house.
