335i N55, New Spec motor??

Hi, can anybody tell me if there's a new spec N55 motor for the 335i.
A new motor was ordered for my 2010 E90 and somehow can BMW Shelly Beach not get the motor to start. They say that a new spec motor was sent and the injectors and oil pressure units are not the same as on the old N55, 2010 engine.

Bearing knock on 81 000 km, luckily still under motor plan.
