if you have driven it and you still have to ask yourself that question then the answer is no you shouldn't.

Do it, your story sounds the same as mine. Was also looking for a clean 320d, then a 330d and came across my 335i, during the test drive by the time we reached 100km/h (which took 5,5 seconds) I agreed to take it :joy::joy::joy::joy:

i was looking for a 320d and came across this one....

Having driven both I would go for the 335i however depends on what your needs are and how important is fuel consumption....

Both are also very different drives so depends on your preferances

Depends how heavy your foot is...
If you drive like me, probably way above 12l/100km.

how bad is the fuel consumption?

Depends on how heavy your foot is

You can expect to get around 400 - 450kms on a tank (mixed driving)

You could go for it , but if it was me , I wouldn't . That's a bit pricey isn't it ?

it's the cheapest 1 i've found so far....

R9000 comment is nothing to worry about. Doubt it is structural for that amount but just check with dealer. I'm sure that was cosmetic damage. I would go for it. Life is short and too uncertain to worry about fuel. It has motorplan so no other worries. Will await pics when this baby is in your garage.

I agree, R9k not much (it's less than a bumper)

Mine is auto. As for fuel consumption, I travel a mixed cycle of 50/50 (traffic/frreway) and if I drive like a normal person 10l/100km (happened once to see what can be achieved), but mine runs at 11,3l/100km consistently (with this driving style I am always in front of the traffic and allow no one to pass me on the freeway:rollsmile:).

The fuel is not bad at all considering the power you have.
