The big mistake that people make with turbo cars, is that they try to drive them like NA cars which make more and more power the higher you rev basically, until the motor pops (potentially of course)
If you floor it hard, you will feel where you are making peak power and where it starts to drop off, you want to find the sweet spot between peak and where its starting to drop off, and timed right, so that when you change your next gear is going to get to that peak power asap again.
