so far only plan is to do swirl flaps.

Decat won't make it much louder and is a great mod. I never needed cat foolers ir anything.

When you order the swirl flap blanking plates order an egr delete kit aswell. You can do it for a whole lot cheaper but you still have the valve restricting flow.

Also what I would do is when you do the swirl flaps speak to carbon doctor if they can do it for you and clean the valves while they are there. That's what I would do. Obviously more expensive but definitely worth it.
